Why We Started This Blog
We’ve spent years planning everything from small, intimate gatherings to large corporate events. Over and over, we saw the same pattern:
- Big budget ≠ big impact
- Overcomplication ≠ better experience
- “That’s how we’ve always done it” ≠ what people actually need now
So we decided to create a place where we could share a different approach — the JoyBuilt approach:
“Less noise. More meaning.”
“Plan with purpose — not panic.”
“Your event’s impact isn’t measured by what you bought. It’s measured by how people felt.”
This blog is where we unpack what those ideas look like in real life.
What’s Coming Next
Over the next few months, you’ll see posts on topics like:
- Designing inclusive end-of-year celebrations that don’t center just one holiday
